 The only person to come out of this with any credit is the New Zealand representative who was upfront about his disgust for the process and the pressure he was being put under and said before the voting started that he would abstain if it got down to Germany v South Africa.

 MEANING :
 1. like the dawn
2. pertaining to the aurora borealis or aurora australis a phenomenon appearing as streamers of light in the night sky in the northern or southern regions of the earth.
 USAGE EXAMPLE 1 :

CAT 2009 will not be scrapped, says CAT committee
The exam committee has announced this year's computerised Common Admission Test (CAT), which was marred by technical glitches, will not be scrapped. Students who were unable ro give their exams will be rescheduled to attempt the test in January.
