Since we _know_ that Lance couldn't have accomplished what he did
without doping and since Contador is stronger than Lance, isn't the
conclusion obvious?

Hey wait a second, is that Tonya Harding? I can see it now. Lance
and Tonya on skates and Tonya goin' after Contador with a God damn 2-
inch pipe. Bam! Right on the knee. Lance grimaces and Contador
laughs. At least that's what the French newspapers are saying.
That's right. Read it here first. Lance's Tour is over. I don't
care if we haven't got to the Pyranees yet. Lance's Tour is over.
Face it. He needs rehab. He's 39 years old. He cannot and no one
can keep up with the new youth corps. And yes, Spain is going to win
the World Cup too. The orange heads for Pay-Bas don't stand a chance.

Anybody here seen "The Natural" and notice any similarities? The story's not
finished yet; first he's got to disappear for a number of years and then
make a comeback after he ditches the bad blood he picked up with he dropped
the high school sweetheart in favor of the fashion model. Could happen.

I dunno, but he did equal work w/ Cancellara at Flanders to the point that
Cancellara just dropped him. Dumb, since we know who is the better sprinter

You got "results" that way, but no story. Who was it who wrote a lot of the

If you're not a sprinter, the places you can make up time are in the
time trial and in the mountains - not much chance for the only other
option, a breakaway, because LA would be marked. Plenty of mountains
still to come ...

IMO, nearly anything can happen in a bike race, and in a race as long
as the TdF, there's plenty of opportunity to take back time. However,
it's a lot easier to take back time when you're stronger than your
competition, and I can't say that Lance looks like he's in that
position.
