The phone messages prove she lied to someone about something. It
doesn't prove to whom. If there are perjury charges it'll just
be for harassment.

IMO, wasting time charging and prosecuring her isn't a priority for
the "get Lance!" team. Why waste ammo on small fry when you've got the
prize in your sights?

Brad: The issue with Stephanie is that it's the best publicly-documented
he-said she-said thing out there. Everybody knows about it, and in the
absence of any hard physical evidence, the entire case is going to hinge on
he-said she-said stuff. It has been assumed that people would be coerced to
testify (I say "coerced" because if they'd wanted to talk about this stuff
previously, they would have) due to the legal ramifications of denying that
you know something that the prosecutor thinks you do. So they offer
immunity. But immunity is not such a huge deal if the bear has no teeth, and
if the bear doesn't go after Stephanie...

If I were Novitsky, I'd be throwing everything at Stephanie. No way would I
let her walk away claiming she doesn't recall, or she has no recollection of
any conversation in which Lance said he had taken PEDs. That's not the sort
of conversation you'd forget. If you don't go after her, you're giving
credibility to her version of the story, and letting everyone else know they
can say or not say whatever they want.

Her testimony cannot go unchallenged. Novitsky's no dummy, so I suspect
something will come of this.

You're right, Novitsky is no dummy, which is why he won't go after
her. She's previously testified under oath that she had no direct
knowledge of LA taking PEDs. She's now testified under oath that she
has no direct knowledge of LA using PEDs. She gave a perfectly
believable, albeit lame, excuse for why she told others she heard LA
talk about taking PEDs when in fact she had not direct knowledge of
him taking PEDs. None of her conversations re: knowing that LA used
PEDs were under oath, and if she claims now that she was just BS'ing
all along, that's not exactly illegal.

So, unless Novitsky has definitive proof she DID have direct knowledge
of LA using PEDs, how can he possibly prove perjury? AND, if he has
definitive proof that she has direct knowledge of LA using PEDs, this
whole thing would be over 'cause he'd have proof of LA using PEDs.

If he can not at this time prove LA used PEDs, how could he possibly
prove that she knew about him using PEDs?

The only way she gets charged for perjury is if they eventually prove
LA used PEDs AND during the course of the remainder of the
investigation it becomes clear she knew, then he goes after her.

Novitsky is an investigator. He is not the prosecutor.
I assume he works closely with the prosecutors, but
Novitsky will not make decisions about whom to
indict. (The tendency to personify the investigation and
prosecution as all-Novitsky makes me think he really does
have a good press agent.) A prosecutor will make those
decisions and it probably will be based largely on whether
the prosecutor thinks the case can be won. Indictments
can be tactical, but in general, prosecutors don't bring
cases if they don't think they can win - losing makes them
look bad and gives their bosses a bad impression.

Indictments are likely to be based on gathering most
or all of the grand jury testimony and seeing what can
support a case; I kind of doubt that you will see the
prosecutors turn around and indict McIlvain now,
right away.

If you think back to the Scooter Libby case, there was a
long investigation, lots of testimony, and all sorts of
overheated speculation about who would be indicted
before Patrick Fitzgerald finally returned indictments
against Libby. Liberals speculated Rove would be
indicted (Fitzgerald didn't think he could prove that in the
end) and conservatives speculated Joe Wilson would be
indicted (Yes, this really was speculated).

I doubt that any responsible legal counsel for Oakley
would touch that with a hundred-foot pole. They could
easily arrange for her to have as good legal advice as
they can afford, but any quid pro quo for testimony
risks sending all of upper management within the
blast radius to jail.

There seems to be a disagreement whether this race is more akin to
Amstel Gold than Milan-San Remo. Some teams are ditching sprinters
for all-rounders out of fear that the number of climbs over the number
of laps will wear out a sprinter. I personally am convinced that this
race will be won out of a bunch sprint. We'll see.

Well, he was an incredibly successful classics rider who has ridden
the course, so if he thinks Cav can't make it to the end, I'd say his
opinion is probably pretty valid.

It's also true that if Cav makes it to the end he doesn't have anyone
to compete with him. So part of that assessment is a realization that
he has to do what he can to make sure that Cav is not at the front
at the end.

I hate everyone in here who isn't like me. So, if you're not like me,
get out and never come back. What should I do to make people be more
like me so I'll have more friends? I have friends but not as many as
I'd like. By the way, if you're not an attorney, then don't respond.

Brian-
You probably should avoid using a name for posting that is likely to
cause confusion with a poster that already uses a distinctive name. It
could get you in trouble.
See 15 USC 1125.

Why to convict masturbation in Vatican ?-Jeff Coward.GOP

Of course, only for promoting paedophilia,

making other singles, as future priests !
making other victims, which will spend psyco-medicine,
other sicks, which will give money to Catholics Hospitals !

Why promoting the original sin Idea, by Rabbis ?

Only for catching devotees : a simple commercial invention, for making
money !!!

Thanks to your offers to Vatican, they will can buy other condoms, for
paedophiles, avoinding dangerous infections to children !!!!

Very philanthropic intentions !!!!!

Please avoiding any publicity about this sexual our activity since
Costantinus Imperator, with millions of chindren loved by us: go and fuck
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Top Secret

Your Archbishop

======================================================

Don't vote for Jews and Catholics, to parliament !!!!

Israel already collapsed 2 WTC towers by bombs
and struck Pentagon by missile, only for making money, much money !!!

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Is GOP-Israel Lodge making jobles, Jeff Coward???or Killer ?

Not only Coward, but also Chief, Cheat, Tainter !

Jeff Moseley, is your SATANIC MOSSAD'S LODGE,
making jobless on the US ???

Jeff and Cody, do you spread infections and lethal ticks
on the Americans inventors, for making Jobless ?

Are your SATANIC Lodge Under LONDON-MOSSAD's AntiChrist,
come up from Hell ?

MOSSAD's Satanic Lodge in Houston - TX !!!

Is Bish on the hands of Antichrists ?

ISRAEL-GOP plan, against US ?

Israeli Satanic Lodge with Cody Sutton & C. ?
http://www.houston.org/greater-houston-partnership/about-us/staff.asp

What can you say, Jeff Moseley ?

Who is the responsible of MOSSAD, you have as boss ?

Zionists plan, pro-Israel, in ACCORD WITH a Secret GOP-Lodge
of Satanists VIP from Houston - Texas !:

NASA must rob any invention, worldwide, and use any invention by MOSSAD
agents, BLOCKING ANY EFFECTIVE INDUSTRIAL UTILIZATION.

How ?

The phisycian Cody Sutton (or Coward SATAN ?) by SATAN-LODGE,
is charged to kill or paralyse anyn inventor, by
means of bacteriua or ticks, thanks to escorts or prostitutes.

Sutton infected the Eng. Romano De Simone by some effective paralyzing
ticks.
Very very very intelligent system !!!!!!!!!!..... effective for
PARALYZING OVER 30 AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL FIELDS OF THE SPALIC
TECHNOLOGY .

In detail :

NASA have an office in Russia, by an idea of Bush-Cheny pair, where hide
the good technologies, AVAILABLE FOR the ECONOMICAL GROWTH OF US.

NASA's diverted Lodge ( pro-Israel - RUSSIA . The russian jews in Israel
are about 500.000 people)
must rob any invention, and block, fighing the poor inventors. How and
Why ?

1) Because the inventor is the SPRING of technology and the SPRING of
American Prosperity.
(How ?:
A Criminal Phisician as boss of Industrals Association of HOUSTON : Cody
Sutton.
Decided by NASA-MOSSAD_RUSSIA association !!!
In accord with Bush and Cheney !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

2) Without prosperity is impossible to have a good army.

3) Without a good army, will win the great Banking Treasure : ISRAEL,
the GREAT ISRAEL !!!
Hurrahhhh for ISRAEL, fame over the GLOBE.

4) Without a good army, is impossible, TO BOMB ISRAEL !!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The first steps of the PLAN :

A) The 9/11 attacks, by 3000 bombs into the 3 towers (3 is the
perfect number of jewishes).
and by a missile against Pentagon, from a Dolphine Israeli Submarine.

B) The spreading of SubPrime Loans, in all US.

C) The withdrawl of 500 billions $ from the US banks , at 9/18 of 2008,
sparking of the GLOBAL ECONOMICAL CRISIS.
==================================================================
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

==================================================
1° Step of a good plot)
About September 13-15 2001, in Rome, Romano De Simone was talking with
Vittorio Halfon, High Level Jew of international influence, agent of
Israel.
"Your opinion was correct, Romano, were the our AGENTS in NYC
(The WTC's Authors). They are geniuses. Few thousands of dead, for
making many millions dollars, accusing Arabs. Wall Street collapses,
but they it rayse up again."

2° Step of a good plot)
Spreading in hole US the Subprime Loans, and ROBBING the inventions,
this is the SPRINGS OF THE prosperity of America, inclusive SPALIC of

Romano De Simone (www.spalic.com), having dozens utilizations,
from the sanitary until spatial fields.

3° Step of a good plot)
Withdrawing of 500 billion dollars from the US's banks during 2 hours,
at September, 18 2008, for sparking off a global economical crisis
against American Workers, and dominating worldwide.

=================================================
=================================================

With the 11 September 2001, for the first time in the history, a
militar attack BY A LOT OF BOMB, had become a film.

How all the world it has been able to see, the tele-camera to take back the

scene, did'nt be trotting, as when it happens an unexpected event, but
were

well supported on the ground, waiting to arrival of the airplanes, of which

were AWARE only the organizers of the attack, and no-one else on the
world.

But who were these art directors, very very special?

On signaling of a lady, that had seen three men shooting the scene, very
happy

and smiling and for nothing shocked, from a white van, of which she had

taken the plate, the police has verified that:

1) The van was property of an Israeli company : the "Urban Moving System".

2) After detained the van many hours after, had halted the police five mens
among the 22 and the 27 years, which one had in pocket 4700 dollars, that
were able be only the remuneration of the film.

3) The driver of the van was such Sivan Kurzberg, and the other were Paul
Kurzberg, Yaron Samuel, Oded Ellner and Omer Marmari, who resulted all
Israeli citizens.

4) The Jewish daily paper of New York has brought that two mens of them, in
accordance with the FBI, were agents of the Israeli intelligence.

The URBAN MOVING SYSTEM company, owner of the van, it is resulted of
ownership of the Israel state.

The administrator of the URBAN MOVING SYSTEM company, Dominick Otto Suter,
year 1970, whose Social Security Number is 129-78-0926, he escaped in Israel
the same day 11-September-2001.

Three months after the attack at two towers, a troupe of the television net
ABC has shot inside the offices of the URBAN MOVING SYSTEM
company: they appeared deserted in a great hurry, even with objects of
ownership of the customers of company.

The URBAN MOVING SYSTEM company were missing.
It's possible to conclude saying that the responsibility of the attacks at
two towers are not of the Israel government ?.
========================================
========================================

THE COINCIDENCES:
The two falling towers, have been filmed exclusively by hebrews from Israel.
The boss of this group has escaped in Israel, the same day 11 septembers
2001.

The two towers belong to an Hebrew, that had to it demolish, for cause of
asbestos that there was contained.

The unique world organizations, which having the fit structures to organize
this attack, are the freemasonries, which are by exclusively control of
hebrews.

The americans, Jewish and not, at this stage, have the investigating duty,
the going out from the generic and unproved accusations, of terrorism from
Arabic matrix.

A Bin Laden that himself accused, it shows absolutely nothing : he has been
paid to do it.

He has been paid to do spread a planetary war, of America against the arabs,
that serves only to ISRAEL, as the Iraq war.

STRUCK ROMANO DE SIMONE , only because they want STRUCKING any
inventor working for AMERICA = THEY WANT CLOSE ALLLLL SPRINGS of
technolgy and PROSPERITY OF AMERICA.

THEY WANT THE REIGN OF ZIONIST DREAM OVER THE GLOBE.
============================================================

QUESTIONS
How to be possible you believe to a Bin Laden, only because himself accuses,
while the organizers are able to be only the Israeli ART-DIRECTORS
fortuitously discovered, by the police, or their friends ?

Nobody can exclude that Bin Laden is one of this friends of Israel !

NOBODY CAN EXCLUDE BIN LADEN IS UNDER THE MOSSAD'S STRATEGY !!!!!!

Why nobody have the valor to asking the necessary investigating
on Israel and his friends ?

How to be possible it you mines two towers, with thousands of kilos of
explosive, without the helping of owner of two towers ?

WHY THE HALTED ISRAELIS WERE AS HAPPY,
WHILE THEY WERE SEING TO EXPLODE AND COLLAPSE
THE W-T-C TWO TOWERS ?

It needs verify if such they happiness, documented by they-self,
with the photos that they same have done, was connected to the
fact that THEIR WORK HAD MADE VERY WELL, as from same excellent engineers.

PERHAPS TRANSPORTING THE EXPLOSIVE MATERIAL WITH THEIR MINIBUS:
what heavy work !!!!.

In such case they deserves the engineering degree, "ONORIS CAUSA".
=====================================================
But they can ever demonstrate that all these technical conclusions
are false,
and the clear truth is all other things, THE DEAR BOYS !!!

THE ISRAELI BOYS SURELY WILL GIVE AMPLE EXPLICATIONS,
ABOUT THEIR COMPLETE INNOCENCE !!!

thanks to Israel and Vatican FRAUDS ?.

Why 5 Jews did be arrested, in NYC, at September, 11 2001 ?

Why the airplane against Pentagone was without wings ?

Why at September, 18 2008 Israel and Vatican Banks did withdraw

Why the Jews Lobby in the US, controls the 75 % of the US Senators

Where is the freedom of the US citizens ?

Why IS IS BLOCKED THE MILITARY CHANGE BY OBAMA ?

(Vatican = not only paedophilia, but also technology, espionage and
much money and strategy power, by means of over 10.000 hospitals in

PALIN, some Prophecies by Dresden Nun...

..... ABOUT OUR AGE....,
and about Masonic Lodges too ?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Dresden NUN, were born at 1680 on Dresden (Germany) and died at
1706 in a convent of Dresden at 22 years old, not far away from the Elba
river.
======================================================
"A time will reach, in which the voice will fly. And the men will speak
between themselves, among the seas and the mounts. A time still
will reach in which the images will fly. And the men will be able to look
at themselves among the seas and mounts. This will be a time of great
pains and of large torments. The images will fly like angels, but they
will not carry the light of angels".

=======================================================

Is it on the Anti-Christ ? :
-----------------------------

"Between 1940 and 2010 Lucifer will transfer on the Earth
his duke. And on the Earth it will dominate the satanic hierarchy, guided
by a dèmon, that will speak the Attila's language, but will wear the
clothes of Cesar.
The court of Satan will be formed by six light-flee members
and the duke Weigore (weihe = ordination - German -; gore - English).
The court of the marked duke will dominate triumphally on
the Earth during 6,666 days.
The reign of the great pestilence will be this. The forest
of iniquity will be this. But finally all the satanic
court will be precipitated into the fire, and of the last ones
demons, only will remain the toxic ash".

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Attila only speaks making war. Cesar has the sovereign power on the Earth.
The light-flee to hide the light.
6,666 days are eighteen years and three months.
This period of time must be after the fall dwon of Sovietic Union.
6.666 are also the number of devils under the commando of satan, under
the medieval demonological tradition.

That's funny stuff you spew. Henne having a good team and all at the U
of M. Think about a Mr Lloyd Carr??? Ask any U fan and they will tell
you why Michigan blew those Ohio games. Coaching.
That said, our OC will throw twice- maybe. Depends on the sun and
Marshall's sunscreen.

I hang around with a couple of octogenarians and a 74 year old.
They've actually SEEN games played in leather helmets. The point
being, I know a geezer when I see one. You're formally invited to the
"Friday Old Farts of the Desert" meetings. Call for directions.

True, Carr coached, against OSU with a really tight ass. Tressel had
his #. Bui still, the QB of a very good team, if he's very good too,
will overcome bad coaching. Look at Divine at ND.

I guarantee, if you think Henning will throw twice, you'll be wrong.
It'll be more like the pass setting up the run, IMHO.

My next door neighbor got nailed for his Harley, just starting it up in the
driveway.....the local cops made a huge issue out of it...I'm not saying
they don't profile...they do...and I think it is horrendous....I also think
the pipes should be banned.

And you're using the "I don't know what I'm talking about" routine. As
I said, I have no, none, nada problems with being able to see at night.
I'm sorry if you do.

It's funny, aren't you doing the same thing with your agenda?

Yeah, but there's definitely some, shall we say, inconsistencies in
enforcement.

papa.... i am almost always pro cop. i am not saying that it is not a
danger to cops. i agree with the law against dark window tint here in
the norteast. you have to ballance freedom vs control wisely. i
think it is wise to control it up here. im just saying that down in
the sunbelt, the stuff has a real use. we want our cops to be safe,
but im not sure if it is fair or wise to make people down in those
blistering sun states to give up dark window tint. and ditto with all
you have said about the boarder officers. we've all had our say in
here about that... after going around and around in here and all of us
making suggestions, most would like to see the military put to the
task.

The HOF isn't all about stats. Aside from being a great passer, he single-handedly
changed the NFL, forced a merger (by signing with the AFL & winning a SB), & probably was
the most influential player, in making current day NFL football offense what it is. The
Media stardom came from what he did on the field, unlike so many these days. And of
course, at the time, he was part of a cultural change, like Muhammed Ali - - a great young
athlete, who was honest, spoke his mind, was brash & confident... & was photogenic.
Madden said that because Namath was the best on the field, not because he was a Media
star. If there was still time on the clock, and the Jets were down, you always thought
they'd win.
Honestly, hombre, you're obviously a conservative-thinking guy. I suspect much of your
feelings toward him, are based on his flamboyant media persona. But in reality, Namath
has always been a refreshingly honest, respectful, fun-loving small-town kid, who did good
on the biggest of stages.

And I've watched him since I was around 10, & never saw arrogance or pretense.
If anything, even in his hay-day, he was kind of shy & humble (despite the *brash*
statement before the SB), which was one of the things that drove the women crazy, I was
always told... his boyish charm.

His numbers may not, although he was the first to pass for 4000 yards in a season... but
his play on the field, & yes, his contribution to the NFL (as outlined in my previous
post) are all HOF. He changed the game.

What i mean about coming across as arrogant is during his interviews
and appearances on TV now, not when he was a player. To me he comes
across as arrogant and I don't like that stupid grin of his. I'm sort
of a different sports fan. I grew up playing football, hockey and I
enjoyed watching both on TV but I didn't have what fans called heroes.
I admired certain sports people but I didn't worship the ground they
walked on like a lot of fans do. Even now I enjoy watching football
and hockey but you wont catch me wearing a team jersey with a players
number / name on it or a team jacket and so on. I guess that is why it
is so hard for me to look at the fans in the stands all dressed and
painted up and not laugh hysterically at how silly they look and act.
You wont catch me at a game either because I hate being surrounded by
a bunch of drunk assholes with beer balls syndrome.

I agree that he did change the game but IMO that doesnt merit being in
the HOF.

And I've never seen arrogance from Namath... but we all see things differently.
On the rest of it, I'm the same as you... never owned a jersey, and while I defend Namath,
I've never had any sports heros... well, maybe Katerina Witt ;)
I used to have season's tickets, but dumped them years ago. I'll still go to a rare game,
but I hear ya.

Last time I went to a game was years ago during the Kotite era (yikes)
and haven't been back since. Those hardcore drunken sports fans ruined
it for me.

With honorable mention to Maria Sharapova. I actually saw her at a Restaurant a while
back... an Amazon goddess, she's got to be over 6 ft.
Sad that there haven't been many American athletic babes. When I was young, I liked Chris
Evert, but she reminded me of my girlfriend at the time ;)

What balls. First off he shoved Ed off the ledge he was standing on to
begin with and then they both proceeded to shove each other with the
Giants fan getting in the last shove between the two of them. I hope
Iler gets a big fat fee from this idiot.

Minnesota dropped 5 passes & shoudl have scored 2 more TD's. The bad
Favre also turned up.

It will be curious to see how tis goes. Nolan should know Ryan & vica
versa.

I kinda stay away from these things, but hey, I'm in this week.

Jets: 20-10

My real only fear of the Miami O, is Fasano on Leonard, if Rex does that.
Play-action to Fasano scares me a bit, but hopefully, Rex will help me get over it.

As for the Jets... Keller comes up big at WR, and LT/Shonn outgain the 'Fins duo by 50-75
yards.

If the Jets can win this game, it'll be a great measure of their focus, after this crazy
Media week, when the game itself wasn't mentioned.

Fins: 20-13

I don't know that I believe in our defense yet (the Bills and "Bad
Favre" aren't the best litmus tests), but we're 2-0 and haven't played
a home game. Am hoping crowd noise will be an issue for Sanchez.
Wouldn't be shocked to see LT have an impressive outing, and if your
boy Shonn can hold onto the ball, he can be a load to bring down.
Hoping the inevitable Braylon meltdown has begun.

If Miami wins this game we're half way to my preseason 6-10
prediction. Plus, we'll be 1-0 against the next Super Bowl
champions! ;-)
