If you want to kill a tree, don't cut it, just curse it! The same seems to be happening with CWG.

Friends, successful completion of CWG is a must for India's image….there has been so much negative publicity about it….let's support the games now, and for sure it obviouslydoesn't mean that one  supports the corruption involved with it if one  is supporting INDIA!!!!

let's spread positive vibes about CWG

papa... what did you think of what the jet defense did on the last
series where they just about let miami steal one ??? I could not
understand why they did not go into a major pressure package to
shorten passing routs with a double on marshal. the jet defense did
the exact opposite of what i would have expected. did you agree with
what rex was doing ???

I knew the Fins were going to do what they did, so Rex should've been ready with
adjustments.
I love Rex, but he's human, and had no answers for the Fins tonight.
And yes, Wilson is kinda scary, even though I know he's a rook.

Yup, Sanchez was a man tonight. Schott was ok in spurts, but that one drive after the
'Fins first TD, turned the game. Despite a lot of mistakes, man, did the players suck it
up.
Enjoy, Carl ;)

NO!!! Like Burf said....Rex was confused by Henning tonight...he was not
ready for how they did some stuff...and the Fins did use that wildcat crap
to wear them down...that's all it was about, keep them moving in that
heat...it's a Hell of a lot easier to defend some pass plays for those big
guys....two or three plays of wildcat in a row give them issues unless you
flat out kill it...they did do well against it for the most part...that last
Miami series made the Jets look confused I thought.

I didn't agree with much Rex did tonight.
By the last drive, though, that D was panting. And go figure, wasn't it Coleman who made
that INT?

I'm on a Dolphins website and they are KILLING Henning and the play
calling.

You have to admit that the wildcat calls were puzzling. And not one run
down near the goal at the end? And who calls play action on 3rd at 15?

the florida heat must be getting to the fish fans. henning was
brilliant. the play calling put rex ryan off ballance. how many can
do that ? to say in defense of rex, he was working with a rookie cb,
and their best player at cb is dealing with a hammy. the manpower in
the defensive backfield was an issue for the jets as much as the heat
was

I wouldn't go that far, since Schott turned the complexion of the game, with that
braindead series, after the 'Fins first TD.
I actually would say the jets players found a way to win tonight, despite some poor
coaching decisions. And, as I said in another post, Schott was good in spurts.

Yes the Jest-Fish was a very enjoyable game.
I was pulling for the Jest because I think the Fish will be tougher in the
long run.

i think the jets played with a few disadvantages. the heat, no revis,
no santonio, braylon with a hang-over... i'd expext the jets to win
without so much trouble when the fish come up here. but then again...
this is the jets-fish... anything can happen.

Braylong caught the ball...I think it's because he hasn't been drinking for
a few days.

The 2nd TD to Keller was a thing of beauty. You could throw it any better
into very tigh coverage.

I think you can...he'll get better...he is already way better than he was a
year ago....a little more time and he'll get that stuff, and he has one of
the best QB guys around.

I disagree. Henning seems to have Rex's number.
To me, it's no accident that the Fins O has been weak, until today against the vaunted

He looks like he is out of position most of the time and the only time he
defends a pass is when it hit him in the back.

I'm glad they won against the dolphins, just hoping they beat the bills

Jets should beat!!!!

I didn't expect them to win, once the game turned in the 2nd quarter.
Rex, to me, had his worst game as coach.
The players made a ton of mistakes, but they hung tough.
Much tougher than I thought they were.
Serious kudos to the players. Never thought our guys had so much guts, to hang in
there... and just keep comin'.

Ya know, this game was about as far from SOJ, as is possible.

If they scored, you know they are converting to 2 pt conversion.

One of Slausons holding calls was BS. He's starting his first
season. Brick and Mangold both had lots of growing pains. Especially
Brick. If Slauson does not shape up by mid season, then I'll agree
that he has to be replaced.

Try to follow along. The discussion is about today's game, not their
season stats. Today they gave up 23 points. 7 of which can be
attributed directly to the officials, who admitted to making a mistake.
Room for improvement, certainly, but not exactly the worst performance
of the day (they were close to the median).

The Jets win was harder than I expected, but it was a fun game.
Entertaining down to the wire. The Fish offense did good with the
right plays against the Jets d. If Revis was available, it would have
been a lot harder for the Fish. As I expected, the Fish could not
push the Jets around on the ground, but the Fish were good at taking
advantage of Jet db Wilson and using Heartline. With Revis in the
game, Miami may not have so many passing yards. Best part of the game
for the Jets was Sanchez and the offense. Outstanding play calling by
Schotty and other than the loopy shuvel pass, a great job by Sanchez.
No question about Sanchez now with the last two games. He's a player
and he can throw it with the best of them. As Revis, Pace and Santonio
come back, they over all quality of the Jets should improve. The AFC
East fight will be a fun one. Gonna be fun watching the Jets, Pats
and Fish slug it out.

I'm shocked how tough this team has become.
Don't like the penalties, but I suspect that'll be taken care of.

And with how poorly Rex prepared the D, and had no answers for the 'Fins... that we
actually won... holy crap.

Lastly, in all my years watching football, I've never watched a game that turned out

Just shocked... of course, in a good way ;)

the jets defense did not do that badly. the fish play calling and
execution was brilliant. if they had revis they would not have given
up so many passing yards. this is cromarties first year in a new
defense and wilson is a rookie that does not even know to turn his
head to look at the ball. i cant imagine that they are coaching him to
burry his face in the wr's chest when the ball is in the air

Michael, a good defense should negate all the good play calling and
execution. Rex is way too cute sometimes and gambles when he
shouldn't...Cromartie was great, but had little support I thought...when did
you hear the names of the safeties being there...that last Dolphin drive was
horrendous defense on the Jets part and damn near cost them the game. I do
think the O took a huge step forward tonight and people can no longer say
any conservative stuff by Schott is because of Sanchez...he grew up tonight.

Absolutely, the Fins are very well coached, Henne is becoming a good QB and
the O line is much better than the Jets O line.....OMHO...but I really think
I'm right, the Fins are not a weak team.

the fish were a lot tuffer than i expected. their play calling and
execution on offense was brilliant. not having revis was an issue, but
the fish have major brainpower. they did the exact right thing
agaisnt every look the jet d gave them. the fish offense is good
enough to move the ball on any defesne.

McKnight did not replace Leon, LTII did and I'll take LTII over Leon
any day. To Burfs point, there is no way we would have kept Leon and
traded or LT. As far as Thomas, Greene made Jones expendable, that is
why he was let go.
BTW, Jones finally had a good game today against a horrible 9ers D. I
wouldn't want to be that woman they just hired to interview Singletary
right now.
