I swear this guy is just an embarrassment! Like I said in another
post, the more I see, hear and find out about him, the more I dislike
him. The Jets were already close to being the most joked about team in
the league, now they have become a joke! One incident after another
just shows that there is no discipline or professionalism in the
organization whatsoever!

Maybe I just not as big of a fan as some here but I don't like a team
that shoots its mouth off when they have accomplished absolutely
nothing! They don't deserve to be cocky or have an attitude. I like my
teams to be professional, disciplined and just go out and get things
done instead of talking about what they can do.

Thank you Mr. Johnson for being so greedy and wanting more money than
you already had or needed and turning our team into a complete
embarrassment! You had to bring in Favre and then give is a wimp like
Sanchez because you wanted a celebrity QB to sell tickets. You let TJ
go and signed LT for the same reason. I despise you Mr Johnson!

Hey Ritchie - - I don't know... so Michelle has videos on Youtube that show her feet?
I've never gotten the foot-fetish thing, but she's not doing anything illegal, nor is she
doing anything raunchy, or for pay.
I've known a lot of women (men, too), who get very antsy about life, aging, etc, as they
approach(ed) 50. If it IS her, she's obviously trying to hold onto her youth.

Rex is just Rex... he's just a big, jolly guy. He makes people laugh, & he seems to have
a good heart. I understand where you're coming from, but as you've dealt with the dregs
in the world, come on, Rex does nobody any harm. Maybe he's a bit immature at times, but
he doesn't hurt anyone.
As far as the team itself, the players love Rex. Everyone expected them to vaporize last
week, but Rex kept them together, and they played probably their most solid game of the
year, in all phases for 60 minutes. This will only bring the team closer, as they're
going to cover his back... and if anything, the players will probably play looser.
I'll be surprised if they don't beat the Bears now. I expect this will probably be their
best week of practice, as they'll be out there giving it up for Rex.
And NFL players, as well as coaches, all have a lot of respect for Rex. Players want to
come to the Jets now. Watch opposing coaches, when they meet Rex after games, all hug him
& you see the mutual respect. So, sure, the Media makes a lot of hot air about the team &
Rex, but it's all nonsense.

Lastly, you can call Sanchez a lot of things, but a wimp?
The kid is tough, if anything. He's shown he can play injured... and he's shown he can
carry the team, in crucial moments of a game... as well as in the playoffs, and in big
games. What is he, 23? Yet, last season, he was at his best in the playoffs... and came
up big last week, in a huge game for the Jets. He played 15 games in college, then comes
to the largest Media market, and hasn't been overwhelmed.

I'm with you on wanting a no-nonsense, professional team, but the Jets aren't an
embarrassment. They've played, over the past two seasons, on a level we've rarely seen in
these parts, for two consecutive years. They've only become a Tabloid Media focus, but I
wouldn't say an embarrassment.

It looks like her and its his voice on the video. I didn't say that it
was illegal but it is another embarrassment for the organization
because whatever Rex or his wife do reflects on the team, right or
wrong.

He is an asshole, just like his father. He does the organization harm
by being an ass and a blow hard. Anything he does relects on the
organization.

I doubt its respect and its not all nonsense. I think its more of I'll
play for him cause I can do whatever I want and he wont do anything
about it. I may have a pessimistic view of Rex and the team but I
think you're looking at the Jets and Rex thru rose colored glasses.

When he sulks on the sidelines like a little girl, IMO that makes him
a wimp.

They are an embarrassment to me. They really have no right to talk the
way they do. Their playoff appearance last year was a gift, they
didn't earn or deserve it the Colts handed it to them. This year they
are not what their record indicates and if they make the playoffs they
may win one game but when they face the Pats you can bet Belicheat is
going to destroy their asses just to make a point, like he did the
last time they met.

Ritchie, do you know what a jerk you look like. It's not Ryan's'wife.

How do u know? The Jets stated that they dont comment on personal
matters instead of saying no its not her or Ryans voice. There is no
need for name calling, it shows lack of intelligence or ability to
communicate.

What did you think of Joe Namath when he did the pantyhose commercials?

In all fairness, Ritchie, you "name call" all the time!

Every media outlet would be foaming at the mouth to say this is Ryan
and his wife, instead they are reporting it is someone on Youtube who
has an account called "Ihaveprettyfeet"
It was already know she looks like Ryan's wife.

even if it is, and I defeinitely believe it to be Rex's voice and the
woman couold be Michelle's twin, so what? It's clear that they adore
each other, had some fun with a videocam and an innocuous role play
back in Maryland. Contrast that to the cheating and deceptive Bill
Belicheat who had affairs with employees, resulting in a bitter
divorce. Which is worse from a moral standpoint? I'll stand behind
the devoted husband and wife oin this one any day of the week. So,
Ritchie, put a sock in it. :) harhar

The real question is, how did the video get out? I'm guessing Bill
Belichick again! ;-)

i'm not sure if this was rex's wife or not in the video or rex's
voice... still... if it is, no big deal... it would be a bit of a
personal imbarassment for rex, but i dont find it to be disturbing or
upsetting. i'm more of a breast man myself, but i thought the vids
were actually cute... glad to see the older generation is still friskey

The stats for the Steelers' game will show Mendenhall rushing for 100
yards, except one of those rushes was on the 9 yard play where the
officials gave the Steelers an early Christmas present by adding an
extra yard for a gift first down, so in reality Mendenhall only gained
99 yards in the game. Thus an officiating error gives Mendenhall an
unearned 100 yard rushing game, and also erroneously lists the Jets as
allowing a 100 yard rusher for the first time this year.

Yeah, Trickle-down statistics.
One bizarre call, and all these phony statistical milestones get logged.

That's why I rarely pay much mind to stats.
They're so easily manipulated, and categorized.
