Eunuchs can now get voter cards, licences
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/chandigarh/Eunuchs-can-now-get-voter-cards-licences/articleshow/7358171.cms

TNN, Jan 25, 2011

CHANDIGARH: Following the listing eunuchs as the third gender for the
first time in this census, members of the 1,000-strong category in the
city would now be able to open bank accounts, get driving licences and
voter identification cards. They were denied these facilities earlier
in the absence of any proof of identification.

According to a social activist, Dr Avnish Jolly, ''this is a good
attempt on the part of the administration for inclusion of eunuchs. We
have been fighting for long with the authorities for the third gender
population to be considered in the mainstream of the society.''

The social activist said the people of this category had raised the
issue of lack of facilities like bank account or ration card during a
study on their lives and behaviours. These basic facilities were being
denied to them by the authorities in the absence of any proof of their
individual identity. ''In our study report, we suggested that they
should be considered a part of the system. Due to their 'absence in
the government records' the eunuchs were not included in HIV-AIDS
awareness programmes being run by the administration and a large
number of them were found to be HIV-affected,'' Dr Jolly said.

I watched the game again last night. What I saw is that on almost
every play Sanchez was put in a situation where he can make the play.
Maybe it is Sanchez. Maybe it is the OL or the coaching of the same
or maybe Rex sees something he likes in Schottenheimer. I don't know.

Here are a few things I noticed.

1. Sanchez did miss some open receivers.

2. He missed Keller in the end zone and he was on the move on that
play. The play calling can be questioned but the play worked it was
Sanchez that didn't finish. I still wish they ran it at least on the
3rd & 4th down. I got depressed looking at the holes LT had on 3rd
down.

3. On the disastrous sack & TD the Steeler CBs were 15 yards off the
line. Isn't there a check down-correct term?-- where MS just throws
it out wide? I am still wondering why they thought a score before
half was critical when they never did all year. If they throw it out
wide to Holmes he had one man to beat. They had had 8 in the box.
Maybe Schott or maybe Sanchez can't process everything or missed it.

4. The coverage on our last kick off was awful. An onside kick would
have been a better choice. I know that is hindsight but our ST teams
sucked especially our punter. Maybe Weatherford can't kick in the
cold?

I think you guys need to get things in perspective. The Jets
were down by 3 scores at halftime. That means everything done
against Pittsburgh in the second half was in desperation mode.
The goal line problem has at least as much to do with the
desperate situation and trying to make too much happen too
fast and offensive players not getting their mind set for
the play as anything AND going against one of the best
defenses in the league. The Steelers did what the Patriots
should have done and that is make the run game work. Your
defense is good but has weaknesses, and that's what lost
them the game.

The big one is Ngata but do we have that kind of dough?

If there is no CBA by March 3 then no one can sign. Now that is the
leverage that may allow us to sign Cromartie at a discounted rate as
he is already screaming about the lockout. If you could pay him 1/2
of what a FA CB would be worth in upfront $, do you?

The other interesting dynamic is that although no one can sign after
March 3 --if the lockout occurs-- they will still hold the draft. If
a team goes & drafts a top DL, CB etc. then that could take one more
team out of the market.

i cant imagine the ravens will let ngata walk... also hard to keep
track of what the jets will have to spend with all the comings and
goings and cba uncertainty thrown in... i think cro will stick with
the jets because it appears that even though he may not get the
biggest contract from the jets, it will be a sure way for him to get
quick ready cash... tanny seems to be on the ball so i think the jets
will get value. if the can find a way to keep both edwards and
santonio they should add tanny to the jet's ring of honor. i just
hope that they get the d-line manpower that they badly need. also...
i dont know what it is worth, but a bunch of players the past two
seasons have said that they want to play for rex. could it be that a
quality FA would take less or be more "reasonable" just to come to the
jets ??? it really looks as if rex himself is a powerful recruiting
inducement.

My dad had bacon and eggs with butter every morning, and ice cream every
night. Never exercised or took a vitamin once his entire life. Had a shot of
whiskey every day most of his adult life. He recently died at 96, just like
his polar opposite Jack Lalanne.

How can they be so unprepared so many times? The pats blowout, the
shutout, the Ravens and Miami games? "Let's go with the kids idea of the
hurry up". "Let's let him throw it to Braylon once instead of a 50 yard FG".
Mismanagement of goal line choices and time issues right before halfs. It's
all about coaching. Schott is awful and the blame has to be placed square on
Rex for being too loyal. Sanchez impressed me with this game, but what might
have been if they had Woodhead or used McKnight more as a changeup like Leon
this year? They got lucky for awhile with LT, but strayed from Greene as the
feature back this year.

Jets finished in the top 4, beat the invincible Peyton and Brady
convincingly, and did it all with a rookie QB and without an OC. Those of
you racist and jealous NY haters out there, need to get a life. It's just a
game, played by young millionaire jerks. It's OK if they trash talk, brag,
or celebrate. It's done for our entertainment, not to make you shut ins feel
better about yourselves. The only thing that will help you daily posting
trolls, is to finally get out of your parents basement, get a real life gf
and a good paying job, like most of us NYers already have! See you next
year, when you'll all be back here yet again.

MUST go ??? Not sure any of them MUST go...

There are only two current players on the Jets that I wanna see go.

Gholston (he's had more than enough time to improve and has not. not
one little bit. he is not even a special teams stand out. he is a
waste of a roster spot. take the pain and free up a roster spot.)

Folk (his head is gone)

X-No-Archive: Yes

We didn't make USA Today's Bonehead Play of the Week.

Bonehead blunder of the week: Had it worked, Bears O-coordinator Mike
Martz would have seemed like a genius for calling an end-round run to
Earl Bennett on third-and-three from the Packers 27 with 1:15
remaining and Chicago driving for a potential game-tying score. But
Green Bay inside linebacker Desmond Bishop blew up the play, tackling
Bennett for a two-yard loss that exposed the slow-developing run as a
bit risky when perhaps a safer play might have provided a fresh set of
downs for emergency quarterback Caleb Hanie to work with. On the next
play, an all-or-nothing fourth down, Hanie's pass over the middle was
intercepted.

He can run kickoffs back, but no wildcat? Any explanation? I would have
rather seen 6 wildcat plays mixed in and had Cro run back KO's... especially
in the first half.

The one that I think may have been closest to making the difference, was
the split second Sanchez almost incomplete pass, that was run back for 7. If
it was an incomplete we punt, and they would have lost 7 points, and perhaps
we win 19-17. Who knows?

I guess it will. This year, she is on all the right steroids (for her
asthma) and hormones (for her thyroid problem which caused the mystery
cramps) and she has a longer face (probably means she is leaner).

She just needs to avoid crashing every 200 yards and then she will ride
away from the competition.

Top five. US sports media (well, maybe not velonews,
but probably including velonation) will run a LANCE

Fucking Lance ! It's too cold to ride again - damn him.

Actually I blame jesus for most stuff. He's supposed to be the one in

There's some new nuances there. - nice overview and some hope for
Armstrong fans as it doesn't appear he'll be steamrolled

The problem lies in the jury system - they only need to find one idiot
that either believes in things like Lance and Jesus and the govt
causing 9/11 and they'll have a hung jury.

In Amerika that should be easy to do.

Doubtful he'll be found innocent - might be found guilty but probable
the govt will give up eventually - unless some hard smoking evidence
is produced - then Lance takes a plea and tries to save face - "but
everyone was doing it"

They did throw the Lance tifosi a bone talking about how they'll attack
Novitsky. Problem is, juries tend not to be impressed by those personal
attacks. It often backfires, especially if the agent hasn't done
anything approaching improper in the case at bar.

OK, so Lance is a dick. That's old news. Radio Shack, however, has
been knocked around by competition for ever-shrinking discretionary
income. Consumers just aren't spending as much on audio or video
equipment. Best Buy is much bigger than the Shack, and can offer more
stuff at lower prices. The image of a multi-millionaire on his bike,
in his office, selling high end phones, won't resonate with the
average consumer. Retail sport icons have a wider appeal - Brett Fav-
ray, Danica Patrick, and a host of NASCAR drivers will always have
more appeal than a skinny guy in spandex.

dumbass,

maybe if the skinny guy is christian vandevelde. think back to 2003 or
2004, armstrong was a beloved boy scout and livestrong bracelets were
ubiquitous and he was a national hero. aerobic golf is popular with a
lot of oldstrs and even john kerry and george bush were into cycling.

in the end lance's dickishess is biting him in the ass. if he wasn't a
dick betsy andreu would cut him some slack. he could bought anderson a
bike shop and could've given kenny labbe's spot on radio shack to
floyd.

favre's disckishness has also hurt his market value, but in a
different way.

I like that you're giving him credit for riding. But the jury might see
that as grounds for disqualification from Fred-land.

It's all falling into place. Part of the plan would obviously include

Holy crap!
http://www.bazaarvoice.com/about/press-room/att-taps-bazaarvoice-get-closer-customers-facebook
In the beginning of that page it says something about AT&T leading the
pack. Pack is another word for peloton, so that must mean that LANCE
and AT&T are in cahoots! I should have seen that coming as it's
obvious since they both seem to only exist in capital letters. Which
also means that IBM is involved. Man, oh man - the conspiracy is WAY
deeper than I thought! Uh oh - I capitalized WAY, so I guess I must
be involv...ho-ly shit! I is capitalized! Everybody capitalizes I!
LANCE is controlling my mind. He's controlling everyone's mind! Or is
that I actually a number? Number One...? I am not a number! {cue
Patrick McGoohan and the rest of the chimps in a rolling cage}.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csfyrCQDVI4
I won't spoil the ending for anyone who hasn't seen it.

So...it's okay for you and your other cheek, Jowls, to hijack a group
to fuel your tag-team fwapping obsessions, but it's not okay for other
people to do it for their own purposes. Got it. Thanks for
clarifying.

As previously noted, the world is full of
delusional Armstrong fanboys and
ball-garglers. So although LANCE may have
hired some overpriced and likely ineffective
slick "social media" PR firm, an assertion that the
negative comments on any Armstrong/Novitsky
story are an orchestrated PR campaign, much
less tantamount to obstruction of justice, tells
you more about Lafferty's egomania and
persecution complex than about anything else.

Armstrong ruined Mike Anderson's life. And what did
GWB ever do to Mike Anderson?
(assuming he isn't from New Orleans and doesn't have
a brother in Iraq) How does that deserve equal contempt?
So you see, Mike Anderson's priorities are totally screwed up.

I'm concerned about you, too. Valentine's Day is coming up and you
sure don't want to disappoint Jowls by getting carpal tunnel's. You
should do a Gift of the Magi thing and swap gifts. Buy a pair of
cycling gloves and you can each keep one.
