the dreams of the North-Eastern Indian States like Manipur, Meghalaya
& Tripura (demanding a seperate H.C. for the past three decades) but
also the State Goa which has been advocating for setting up of an
Independent H.C. in Goa for past 25 years!
Let's hope every State has an independent High Court in consonance
with Article 214 and 215 of the Constitution of India through need-
based Reforms that expedite the justice delivery to the citizens &
facilitate just, equitable & humane society in the 21st century by
