Wisconsin Lawmakers Receiving Death Threats

Um...  Must be those darn, racist Nazi Teabaggers again.  Yup, couldn't possibly be the work of those peaceful Lefturds:
Capitol Chaos: Lawmakers Get Death Threats
By Jon Byman
Mar 10, 2011 - 620wtmj
MADISON - The State Department of Justice confirms that it is investigating several death threats against a number of lawmakers in response to the legislature's move to strip employees of many collective bargaining rights.
Among the threats the Justice Department is investigationg is one that was emailed to Republican Senators Wednesday night.  Newsradio 620 WTMJ has obtained that email.
The following is the unedited email:
Please put your things in order because you will be killed and your familes
will also be killed due to your actions in the last 8 weeks. Please explain
to them that this is because if we get rid of you and your families then it
will save the rights of 300,000 people and also be able to close the deficit
that you have created. I hope you have a good time in hell. Read below for
more information on possible scenarios in which you will die.
WE want to make this perfectly clear. Because of your actions today and in
the past couple of weeks I and the group of people that are working with me
have decided that we've had enough. We feel that you and the people that
support the dictator have to die. We have tried many other ways of dealing
with your corruption but you have taken things too far and we will not stand
for it any longer. So, this is how it's going to happen: I as well as many
others know where you and your family live, it's a matter of public records.
We have all planned to assult you by arriving at your house and putting a
nice little bullet in your head. However, we decided that we wouldn't leave
it there. We also have decided that this may not be enough to send the
message to you since you are so "high" on Koch and have decided that you are
now going to single handedly make this a dictatorship instead of a
demorcratic process. So we have also built several bombs that we have placed
in various locations around the areas in which we know that you frequent.
This includes, your house, your car, the state capitol, and well I won't
tell you all of them because that's just no fun. Since we know that you are
not smart enough to figure out why this is happening to you we have decided
to make it perfectly clear to you. If you and your goonies feel that it's
necessary to strip the rights of 300,000 people and ruin their lives, making
them unable to feed, clothe, and provide the necessities to their families
and themselves then We Will "get rid of" (in which I mean kill) you. Please
understand that this does not include the heroic Rep. Senator that risked
everything to go aganist what you and your goonies wanted him to do. We feel
that it's worth our lives to do this, because we would be saving the lives
of 300,000 people. Please make your peace with God as soon as possible and
say goodbye to your loved ones we will not wait any longer. YOU WILL DIE!!!!

Perpetual Fear, Violence in Zimbabwe
Politically Motivated Killings and Torture Continue With Impunity
In February, police in Zimbabwe raided a gathering of people watching a video of Middle East demonstrations, arresting everyone in the room. Some were allegedly beaten and tortured. This incident is part of a broader pattern of violence against perceived opponents of President Robert Mugabe's ruling party.
In a new report, Human Rights Watch shows how the failure of Zimbabwe's government to investigate and prosecute politically motivated abductions, killings, and torture since the 2008 elections is fueling further violence and human rights violations.
Zimbabwe is expected to hold elections this year, and we are concerned about possible violence during that period. Many of the people who committed serious crimes during the 2008 elections continue to live in the same communities with – and sometimes next door to – their victims.
During the 2008 elections, the government, led by Mugabe's ruling party, was responsible for abuses that led to the killing of up to 200 people, the beating and torture of 5,000 more, and the displacement of about 36,000 people. But complaints have largely been ignored by the police or have stalled in the courts.
The government's failure to punish the attackers only emboldens those intent on committing politically motivated violence and torture.

HIV and AIDS in Mississippi
State Policies Ignore Scientific Evidence for Preventing HIV
In the United States, the South is now the epicenter of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, which is fueled by poverty, misguided policies that ignore scientific evidence for effective HIV intervention, and approaches that deny needed support for those infected and at risk.
The devastating effects of the failed approaches and neglect are evident in Mississippi, where rates of untreated HIV are comparable to those in Botswana, Ethiopia, and Rwanda.
African-Americans are only 37 percent of Mississippi's population but 76 percent of those infected with HIV.  Mississippi's death rates from AIDS are far higher than the national average.
A new report highlights the voices of people living with HIV in Mississippi. These people struggle to survive, while the state opposes health care reform, stubbornly insists on ineffective abstinence-only sex- and HIV-education, and criminalizes HIV transmission, an approach that undermines public health and human rights.
At the same time, Mississippi provides little or no funding for HIV prevention, housing, transportation, or prescription drug programs for people living with HIV, and the state fails to take full advantage of federal subsidies to bolster these programs.

Sudan: Protesters Describe Torture by Security Officers
These heinous allegations clearly show that Sudan's abusive national security apparatus is using torture and harassment to silence dissent. The Sudanese authorities need to take immediate measures to stop torture, ill treatment, and harassment by the national security officials.
Turkey: Journalists' Arrests Chills Free Speech
The arrest of nine journalists and writers, in the absence of clear reasonable cause, will have a chilling effect on free speech. The nine were accused of links to the alleged "Ergenekon" coup plots against the Turkish government. The arrests raise concerns that what is now under investigation is critical reporting rather than coup plots.
Iraqi Kurdistan: Prevent Attacks on Protesters
Security forces under the control of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) stood by and watched as dozens of masked men attacked protesters in Sulaimaniya. Assailants were allowed to beat and take away demonstrators and set their tents alight, while another group ransacked the office of an independent Kurdish radio station.

Russia: Chechnya Enforcing Islamic Dress Code
Chechen authorities are enforcing a compulsory Islamic dress code for women and condoning violent attacks on women deemed to dress immodestly. The Kremlin should publicly and unambiguously make clear, in particular to the Chechen authorities, that Chechen women, like all Russians, are free to dress as they choose.
Nepal: Respect Basic Freedoms during Tibetan Holiday Season
Since 2008, Nepal's government has carried out preventive arrests and policing restrictions on demonstrations during anniversaries and festivals marked by the Tibetan community. The Chinese government has in the past put strong pressure on Nepal not to allow Tibetans to protest.
US: Hearings on Muslim Americans Encourage Discrimination
The US Congress has a powerful voice that will be heard by every Muslim peacefully demonstrating for freedom in Egypt, Tunisia, and Libya. Congress should not be in the business of evaluating the patriotism or loyalty of a religious community.

Ashish Tripathi

If delivering a body blow to the government in the case of appointment
of Central Vigilance Commissioner P J Thomas was not enough, the
Supreme Court on the same day – March 3 – thundered in the black money
case: 'What the hell is going on? We are very disturbed'.

It showed the revulsion of the people with regard to state of affairs
and governance.
It is not that only the top court is concerned with regard to
governance, the annoyance has run down deep to lower judiciary as
well.

That's why, a chief magisterial court while allowing CBI to drop
criminal charges against Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi in
over two-decade-old Bofors pay off case referred to the plight of
common man.

Plain speak

"Can we allow this hard earned money of 'aam aadmi' of India to be
spent on these types of proceedings which are not going to do any good
to them, after almost 25 years of the so called 'arms deal'. The
answer would be a big 'NO'," CMM Vinod Yadav said, reading out the
judgement.

"While we are busy in discussing the Sensex and scams, India's poorest
are barely surviving, thanks to an appalling governance deficit. In
some areas of our country, we have no electricity, no roads, no proper
water facilities; 50% of India lives on less than US $ 2 a day; 100
million childen go to bed hungry every night; 62% live without
electricity and in some of the areas, the villages are another heart
of India's darkness," the magisterial court said in its order on
Bofors case.

Good day,

Firstly, I apologize for sending you this sensitive information via E-mail Instead of a Certified mail/Post-mail.

This is due to the urgency and importance of the information. I humbly crave your indulgence to read this e-mail with all seriousness of purpose devoid of any doubt in your mind because this project is based on Trust, Confidentiality and Sincerity of purpose in order to have an acceptable meeting of the minds. Although we never met before, but I have every reason to believe that you are a highly respected personality, considering the fact That I got your E- mail address through the Internet, my online network, while searching for a reliable and reputable person to handle  urgent and serious transaction.

I am a senior manager accounts/audit in one of the big banks here in Italy. I am writing following an opportunity in my office that will be of immense benefit to both of us. In my department we discovered an abandoned sum of 13 million Euros (Thirteen Million Euros Only) in an account that belongs to one of our foreign customers who unfortunately lost his life on his way to the Airport. Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting His next of kin or relatives to come over and claim his money because we cannot release it unless somebody applies for it as Next of kin or relation to the Deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines.

Unfortunately I discovered that his supposed next of kin being his only daughter and wife died along with him in the auto crash leaving nobody with the knowledge of this fund behind for claim. It is therefore upon this discovery that I and his account manager now decided to make business with you and release the money/funds to you as the next of kin or beneficiary of the funds for safety keeping and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and we don't want this money to go back into Government treasury as unclaimed bill. The banking law and guidelines here stipulates that such money remained after seven years the money will be transferred into banking treasury as unclaimed funds.

We agreed that 30% of this funds would be for you as Foreign partner, 10% mapped out to repay any expenses that we will insure  which we too we take care of by our personal out pocket contribution while the balance will be for us. I and my partner will visit your country for the disbursement according to the percentages indicated above once this money/funds gets into your Account. Please we need transparency and honesty to be our watchdog.

To commence this transaction, we require you to immediately indicate your interest by a return e-mail and enclose the Following information:
1. Full name
2: Your private telephone and Fax numbers.
3. Occupations and Nationality.
4. Date of Birth
5, Present Location

Note: I want to assure you that this transaction is confidential and risk free. As soon as you receive this mail please click on reply and reply this message. Please note that all the necessary arrangement for the smooth release of these funds to you will be finalized as soon as you indicate your role in this transaction. We will discuss much in details when I receive your response.
