Please publicise, print, and distribute on the streets. The Supreme Court has just said what people who have gone to jail, have said for all this while, what people who've been shot at, without thought, have said for all this while, what everyone with their eyes open has been saying, for all this while.

[socialactionfoundationforequity:14073 Husbands are loosing their Home

Buzz It
Every day 30 to 40 Delhi Husbands are loosing their Home.
Written by Administrator
Tuesday, 01 May 2007
Every day 30 to 40 Delhi Husbands are loosing their Home.
•Indian Husbands End thier life:It Was A Crime That I Was Born As
Man ?
Every day 30 to 40 Delhi Husbands are loosing their Home in protection
of Women Domestic Violence Act, 2006.
The Domestic Violence Act had given the boom to all Lawyer's Business,
in Delhi a single lawyers had filed till date more than 60 domestic
Violence Act, 2006 against the Indian Husbands. Every day he is
filling at least 2 to 3 New case under domestic violence act to throw
out the Husband from their own house or ensure the Husabnd have to pay
the rent of his wife , irrespective the wife is right or wrong and for
all the proces required maximum 90 days activity.

Same way in Delhi the court staff says, at least every day 30 to 40
New DV act cases are coming.

It had been witness, Judges are not able to do any thing, as some
cases it had been observed the husband wife are staying separately
each other for more than 2 to 20 years, maintance case already decided
under both section 24 as well as 125 , Child custody decided , some
cases the Husband cleared all the allegation for 498a at police
station and it is the wife family facing the criminal case , all is
immaterial , when the DV act comes , Judges have to register the case
and have to give some relief , if not at least a right to residence to
her , irrespective the husband earn Rs.500 or 5 Lacks per month.
A lot of cases the Wife's are demanding the compensions in the range
of 25L to 50 Lacks inspite of thier Husabnd's per year IT return shows
1.25 to 1.5 lacks and the court does not consider the same as Legal
Extrotions.

The basic features of the DV act, right to residence is the main
attraction( ex party) , inspite of high paid job and well educated
wife, the wife claim the domestic violence , like, verbal abuse,
economical abuse, name calling and her own verbal statement is
sufficient and irrespective of any thing, either husband have to
provided her a house or pay the rent of equal amount in which the
husbands are staying.
So, those are facing some disturbance in domestic dispute with their
wife, immediately book a rented house and rent agreement , in front
of Law that should be the matrimonial house , say another laywer who
fighting to save gurd the Husabnd's right .
This is a must to do activity , otherwise , they are going to cry
after wards for their foolish ness.

Rent a house at lower rate and establish your matrimonial house and
you are not staying with your wife since the date of the agreement,
let you stay with her or not, but in front of law this is very much
required .
With out that you can't save gurd your hard earned money or your won
house.

No other option presently available in the Law, till the time Supreme
Court does not give some guidelines.
Establishment of "Father less Society" are in progress in very faster
rate and as I prediect , with in 3 years millions of father less child
will be in India , is not going to be wrong , as our Indian laywer's
are smart enough to abuse the LAW and they know they do not have any
punishment , if the court find the same is false after wards and the
alligation was fake.
With regards
Swarup Sarkar
Protection officers under the Protection of Women from Domestic
Violence Act 2005.
P.S. Predication Study by Save family Foundation( SFF, Delhi)
predeict that in this year in Delhi alone more than 1.5 lacks Husabnds
have to loose thier home or have to arrrange extra home for thier
women, under New Domestic Violence Act ,2005 and all over India about
10 to 11 Lacks Husabnds will be the Victim of Biased Domestic Violence
Act,2005 , as per present treand observed.
It is not that only a wife of a husabnd will misuse the same to earn
the money , any women who can calim at any point of time had been
lived or living with a men , can eligable to file the Domestic
Violence Act,2005 to earn the money , including the Maid Servant of
your House also can file a DV act against your Husabnd, Brother,
father ..etc.

•Fight Back and Stop the Legal Terrorism:
( As we evident every day, it is the violent Wives and thier family
memerbs do the Domestic Violence against thier Husband's family
through extreme economical abuse, verbal abuse, mental abuse, sexual
abuse , child abuse, elder abuse as thier birth right and as there is
no punishment for them in Indian Domestic Violence LAW , they
continue the same with increse the intensity day by day till the time
the husband's family completely surrender in fornt of them or end
thier life.By mistake if thier husband's family refuse to tolerate the
futher Domestic Violence in the hand of violent wives and thier family
memerbs, they misuse the Present Domestic Violence act with false and
fabricated story and the Legal Extortion of money and property start).
In one Ad by ICICI Bank, the wife calls her husband "STUPID". In one
Reliance Mobile ad, the young female says "Shut up" to her boyfriend.
A number of other ads show "Slaping to men " as Brave women.

Will any company show an ad where a man calls a woman stupid or tells
the woman to shut up?

1. Legal notices and stern warnings must be sent to these companies
warning them of boycotting their products. Emplyoee of those compnay
must protest against such abuse of Men and term the same as Socail
service.

2. Sometime back, I got a call for insurance from Bajaj Alianz, I told
the caller, I will never take any product of Bajaj Alianz because it
has an ad where a wife commits economic abuse on husband.

1) Crl.P 3714 of 2007 delivered by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra

prospective. There is no allegation either in the report or in the

the acts of domestic violence that took place on or after
26-10-2006.Therefore continuation of proceedings against the

Proposal to Indian Government to Form Ministry of Men's Well
Fare .
Written by Administrator
Wednesday, 12 September 2007
To:

Dr. Manmohan Singh,

Prime Minister of India,

South Block, Raisina Hill, New Delhi,110011
Sub:Proposal to Indian Government to Form Ministry of Men's Well
Fare .

On the celebration of 19th November – International Men's Day

According to Labour and Employment Ministry, more women are getting
employment even as men are being laid off. The data available for
period from 2001 to 2005 says it straight. The number of employed
people in both public and private sector came down by over 13 lakh in
this period. But this fall was solely because of men losing their
jobs. The number of employed men dropped by 14 lakh, from 228.4 lakh
in 2001 to 214.4 lakh in 2005.

More than 82% Taxes earned by Indian Government from Indian men, but
reality

is in last 60 Years Budget, the Fund for "Men Well fare " always is
"Zero", in

inspite every day more than 192 Men end their life compared to 112
Women as per

Crime Bure Reports.

Objective and responsibility:

•Stop the "Legal Terrorism" against Indian Men vides one-sided gender
biased law like 498A/DV act/Maintenance Act125/Child Custody Act/
Adultraty Act.
•Joint Child custody or 33% reservation in child custody cases.
•Stop abuse of Criminal Justice system. All Marriage related dispute
to be resolved through Civil Law only, as Marriage is not a Crime in
India.
•Reduce the Men's suicide rate, especially after marriage. In 2005
more than 52000 married men had been end their life compared to 28000
married women.
•Protection for men against Domestic Violence in terms of economical
abuse, verbal abuse, mental abuse and sexual relationship abuse.
•No alimoney/Child Custedy to the wives, who left the home at her own
will/flimsy ground or filed fales 498A or DV act to settel the marrige
dispute.
•In all gender biased law the word "Men/Women" to be replaced by the
word "Person" and "Wife/Husband" to be replaced by the word "Spouse".
•Stop Creation of "Father less Child Society".
•Stop harassment at work place. More than 160 millions Indian men are
working in un-orginasied sectors, unhealthy-hazard work environments.
•Reduce the Crime against men. In the year 2005, as per Crime Bure
report, more than 22.5 lacks crime done against men only.
•Prevention of Elder and Child abuse, as per WHO Report, Indian Elder
Peoples abused by thier Daughter-in-law maximum by misuse of 498A .
•Let Article 51A(e) of the Constitution of India be amended as:

51A. Fundamental duties. —It shall be the duty of every citizen of
India—
(e) to promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst
all the people of India transcending religious, linguistic and
regional or sectional diversities; to renounce practices derogatory to
the dignity of 'women and men';
(and 'men' at the end be added which does not exist at present)

I just saw someone holding out an ice cream cone to the passing riders
on a climb. That's just nasty. :)

No, it's a gesture full of historical sense. After all, one of the most
famous legends of the history of the Tour is super-climber Federico
Bahamontes eating an ice ccream on the top of the Romeyère, waiting for the
other riders.

Well...that was nasty, too! ;)

Offering an ice cream to guys that are waaaaaaaaay back from the front
doesn't seem to me to be adding some historical perspective, more like
a tweaking someone's nose. Just not as mean-spirited as the ice cream
scene from Witness.

Well...that was nasty, too! ;)
Offering an ice cream to guys that are waaaaaaaaay back from the front
doesn't seem to me to be adding some historical perspective, more like
a tweaking someone's nose. Just not as mean-spirited as the ice cream
scene from Witness.

OK, but Bahamontes's behaviour on the top of the Romeyère wasn't nasty.
First of all: he wasn't nasty at all. Second: like most famous episodes in
the history of the Tour, it never happened the way it was remembered.

So many years I've tried to forget the inhumanity of that horrible
scene and now you've made it so real again.

Maybe Lance will give me some of his Ambien so I can sleep tonight.

It's just like the French to put an ice cream parlor on the top of a
remote mountain road only passable in the summer.

I didn't mean nasty nasty. I meant 'nasty' as in tweaking someone's
nose in a playful way. Similar to busting a nut to get to the top of
a climb first, and then getting off the bike and stretching out on the
grass and pretending to be napping when the rest get to the top.
"What..? Oh, hi. I must have dozed off. Nice climb, huh? What time
is it?"

So what really happened with Bahamontes' ice cream story?

I'm afraid it was slightly different. He stopped due to a mechanical
problem. It was extremely hot that day. The water in his bottle being tepid,
he went to an ice cart and put some ice into his bottle. That was it. But a
journalist of the Equipe, not in a serious report, but in a 'funny' column,
wrote that Bahamontes stopped to eat an ice cream. Next day France Soir
embellished the story a bit writing he ate strawberry ice, etc., etc.

Japan to suspend civil nuclear talks with India: report
http://www.thehindu.com/news/international/article2233662.ece#.TiL8LCBN9Lg.email

P. S. SURYANARAYANA

SINGAPORE, July 17, 2011

Sequel to Prime Minister Naoto Kan's decision to take his country away
from nuclear energy path

The Japanese government is reported to have decided to suspend civil
nuclear cooperation talks with India and four other countries —
Brazil, South Africa, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.

Tokyo's decision, said to be a sequel to Japanese Prime Minister Naoto
Kan's latest move to take the country away from the nuclear energy
path, was reported by Kyodo news agency on Saturday.

The agency quoted a Japanese government source as saying that any move
to proceed with the talks now "could risk contradicting the Prime
Minister's policy."

Japanese Foreign Ministry 'not aware'

Contacted by The Hindu, Japanese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hidenobu
Sobashima said on Saturday night that he was "not aware of any change
of policy [on civil nuclear talks with India and others] at this
point."

The Foreign Ministry is a prime mover for civil nuclear talks with
external powers, and Mr. Sobashima is authorised to speak on the
subject.

'Personal comment'

Without confirming or contradicting Tokyo's reported move to suspend
civil nuclear talks with India and others, Mr. Sobashima said Mr. Kan,
who called for an eventual farewell to nuclear energy even for
peaceful purposes, clarified that he was making a "personal comment."

As a result, a high-level view in the Foreign Ministry was that there
would be "no contradiction" between Mr. Kan's "long-term wish and the
present situation."

India 'not informed'

Another source told The Hindu that India, until nightfall on Saturday,
was not informed of any Japanese decision to suspend the bilateral
civil nuclear talks.

As a long-time 'nuclear pacifist,' Japan did not, at first, join the
"nuclear rush" towards India that was triggered by the 2008 decision
of the Nuclear Suppliers Group in New Delhi's favour.

Bilateral talks

And, it was only in mid-2010 that Japan, citing "India's importance"
among other factors, began bilateral talks for a civil nuclear
cooperation pact.

Even as the talks between Tokyo and New Delhi were not proving to be a
smooth sail, Japan was shaken by the March 11 temblor and tsunami and
the collateral nuclear accident at the Fukushima Daiichi plant.

Gadkari calls for strong global framework against terrorism
http://www.thaindian.com/newsportal/uncategorized/gadkari-calls-for-strong-global-framework-against-terrorism_100550123.html

Sun Jul 17 2011 09:53:03 GMT+0530 (India Standard Time) by IANS

London, July 17 (IANS) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Nitin
Gadkari has called upon the international community to join hands to
strengthen the global framework against terrorism in the light of the
renewed terror attacks in Mumbai.

"Terrorism is a common concern for mankind and it does not recognise
any boundaries", Gadkari said while addressing a largely attended
Convention of the Overseas Friends of BJP here Saturday night.

He appreciated British Prime Minister David Cameron's candid statement
during his visit to India last year that Pakistan promoted "export of
terror".

Cameron had said in Bangalore, "We cannot tolerate in any sense the
idea that this country is allowed to look both ways and is able to
promote the export of terror, whether to India or Afghanistan or
anywhere else in the world".

Gadkari said his party wanted good relations with Pakistan so that the
two countries could live in peace and fight the problems of poverty
and unemployment. "But we live in a very uncertain neighbourhood.
Pakistan was using terror as a state policy. Terror groups like
Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) were offshoots of the
ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence)," Gadkari said.

He said there were growing inter-linkages among terror groups and
India and Britain need to give the highest priority to defeating
global terrorism and to making sure that the two countries cooperate
fully with each other in winning this battle.

During his hour-long address, Gadkari outlined the progress made by
the BJP ruled states in the development of infrastructure, tourism and
other sectors and invited the people of Indian origin to take
advantage of the positive investment climate in these states.

He hailed the achievements of the influential Indian-origin community
in the UK in various fields and referred to the problems being faced
by them in visa and PIO card related matters. He assured them he would
take up these issues with the government.

Speaking on the occasion former Rajasthan chief minister Vasundhara
Raje complimented the Indian community for the role they were playing
in strengthening the British economy and sought their cooperation in
development back home.

Also present were Smriti Irani, president of the BJP Mahila Morcha and
newly elected Rajya Sabha member from Gujarat, Vijay Jolly, convenor
of the Overseas Friends of BJP, who spoke on the emerging young
leadership in the BJP, and Surendra Sharma, president of the OFBJP, UK.

Part company with Japan for UNSC seat, China tells India
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/world/china/Part-company-with-Japan-for-UNSC-seat-China-tells-India/articleshow/9249876.cms

Saibal Dasgupta, TNN | Jul 16, 2011

BEIJING: India should part company with Japan in its quest for a seat
in the United Nations Security Council if it expects China to back the
proposal. This is what visiting Marxist leader Sitaram Yechury learnt
in his discussions with Chinese leaders including State Councilor Dai
Bingguo.

"Dai said China has no objection to backing India provided we come out
of Japan's field. He said they have a lot of historical baggage with
Japan," Yechury told Indian journalists today.

Though China's distrust for Japan is well known, it has not publicly
made it a pre-condition for New Delhi for supporting India's case at
the UN. Chinese leaders have no far restricted themselves to saying
that it supported India's case "in principal".

But Dai and other Chinese leaders chose not to discuss the Tibet
problem with the Indian Marxist leader. This is surprising because
Beijing is at present reworking its strategy on Indian Tibetans since
the recent elections in Dharmashala. The omission is also significant
because China is furious over plans of US president Barrack Obama to
meet the Dalai Lama on July 16.

"The issue regarding Tibet concerns China's sovereignty and
territorial integrity, and we firmly oppose any foreign official to
meet with the Dalai Lama in any form," said Chinese Foreign Ministry
spokesman Hong Lei.

Yechury also discussed the problem concerning issuance of visa for
Chinese workers coming in large numbers to implement projects in
India, which are being built by companies in China.

"They said it is the major Indian companies who want Chinese workers.
I was surprised to hear that," Yechury said. Chinese companies were
forced to use their own employees to implement projects in time as
there are severe penalties involved in project delays in India,
Yechury was told by officials in Beijing.
