The first thing to keep in mind is that you need to build it in a place where it won't disturb your neighbours or some member of your family. That's really important to consider when you're planning the construction. Another thing to remember is that it should be placed where it's not hiding the garden from the sun.

The third thing to figure out is how big you would like your woodworking shed to be. This depends on what you would like to use it for. It needs to be big if you want plenty of puppies to play there but it doesn't have to be as big if you just want to put your golfing equipment there. It will be quite easy to figure this out when you know what purpose your new woodworking shed has.

Many of these focus groups will overbook, so that if they only need 10 people, they may have 20 show up and then of these 20, they choose 10 to participate in the group, the other 10 are sent home, but still get paid! There is a 50 percent chance you will never have to participate in the study at all, as long as you show up, you get paid for your opinions.
Focus groups are an excellent to earn extra money and allows you to work from home and be your boss. The companies that you are giving your opinions about are not your employer, you decide how many groups you wish to participate in. The more you sign up for various groups, the better your chances are of being selected for a focus group in your area. When you meet the criteria set, you can expect to receive directions to the facility where the focus group is held, compensation, and length of time the session will last.

One of the biggest points of contention in PvP strategy is the use of crowd control. In low ranked matches, CC can make all the difference between victory and loss. However, for players who have been around for a while, the opponent's ability to respond instantly to any CC that is launched against them makes it harder to carry out a full scale freeze on someone's moves. So what should you do to develop your CC skills from the start so that you can take on nearly anyone with strength?

Know Your CC and their Breaks

One of the first things you need to do is learn all of your crowd control abilities. Every class and spec in the game has something they can use in these instances, even if it is not ideal. Of course, you may not always need to use. Sometimes, it just doesn't come up, but most of the time, even tanks and heavy melee DPS will use a lot of effects, even if they are just slows to keep their opponents in line. Another reason this is so good is because by learning all the CC abilities, you can recognize when a major threat presents itself against you in your opponent.

Be Unpredictable

Let's say you memorize the best CC rotations for your Ice Mage. That's all fine and good, but if your opponent knows the same rotations, they know how to respond to your moves. Instead of falling into that trap, be willing to throw off your normal rotation and be unpredictable. If they expect an Ice Block and you throw a Frost bolt instead, they won't be ready for it. Now, don't weaken yourself in combat – if you need to bubble or get back, do it, but don't rely too heavily on CC when you could throw your opponent off.

Save Your Cooldowns

If you have a powerful cooldown, don't blow it when it's not needed. This goes for Druids big time who have a number of roots and snares that can be used to disengage and heal during combat. If you use them up too early, though, but then need to heal, you'll be in deep water.

If you play the game correctly and are smart about how you develop your strategies in real time (never panic!) you'll be well setup for the final few moments of a close match, when good CC almost always makes the difference between the winners and losers.

Create Animated Christmas Bells

  1. Here's a simple Pen Tool/Path combined with a brush preset animated christmas bells effect.
  2. Start with the 'Pen Tool (P)'…
  3. … make sure the 'Path' option is selected on the Options Bar.
  4. Then roughly draw in the shape of the bell. Then use the 'Convert Anchor Point Tool' to smooth out the corners as I have captured below.
  5. Next, select the 'Brush Tool (B)'…
  6. and then define the preset parameters to use to stroke the above path.
  7. Next, set a foreground color (say of green) then select the 'Path Selection Tool (A)' from the Tool Bar, and then actually select the bell path you drew earlier. Then, right click and choose 'Stroke Path'.
  8. Next, create a new layer, select 'Path Selection Tool (A)' again and go 'Edit/Transform Path/Flip Horizontal' and repeat step 7, except with a foreground color of red.
  9. Next, I simply added a brighter green (#37C810) glow (blending style)to the green bell.
  10. Notice how the bells should look with both 'Outer Glow' styles applied.
  11. Next, before jumping into ImageReady, lets turn off the Glow Style on the green bell. (Hit the eye symbol to the left of the 'Effects' sub layers.
  12. Next, hit 'Shift +Ctrl + M' to jump to Imageready or click on the Imageready icon located on the bottom of the Toolbar
  13. While in ImageReady, should appear the first frame in the Animation Window with the settings from Photoshop. (If you do not see the Animation Window, go 'Window/Animation' up on the menu bar. Adjust the frame rate from 0 seconds to 1.
  14. Next, at the end of the Animation Window, click the menu arrow and choose 'New Frame' from the list.
  15. Now, while frame 2 is still active in the Animation Window, lets reverse the settings of the red and green bell settings. Simply, turn on green effects and turn off green effects.
  16. Hit the play animation button to see it in action.
  17. Finally, go 'File/Save Optimized As', to save as an animated gif file.

Choosing the Best Crafting Profession in Aion

There are 6 different crafting professions in Aion, and all 6 provide something valuable in their own right to those who know how to take advantage of them. The best way to approach the crafting process is to know ahead of time which profession will work for you and then to throw all of your energies into it, rather than trying to do three or four professions at once. It will allow you more control over your resources and also a better grip on the process of developing your stash of Kinah when you reach level 50.

• Alchemy – Alchemists will focus on crafting items like spellbooks, orbs, manastones and scrolls for casters. They also make potions for instance running. Those who are casters will benefit most here though, when you reach the higher levels and end-game content, you can get a tremendous boost by having this profession.

• Armorcrafting – Armorcrafters make Chain and Plate armor which benefits all Warriors and Chanters in the game. If you are one of those classes, this profession is for you. If you are any other class, you can still make Kinah with it, but only at the end game level most of the time.

• Cooking – Cooks will make food with stat boosts for end-game content. You will find that a good place to sell this is in the Abyss or near instance entrances.

• Handicrafting – Handicrafters make odds and ends including necklaces, earrings, and trinkets. They also make staves and bows. A lot of Kinah can be made here on those baubles.

• Tailoring – Tailors make the cloth gear in this game. Cloth wearing classes should consider this profession along with anyone interested in the long grind to 399 where they can sell them.

• Weaponsmithing – Weaponsmiths can make weapons for every class except for the Staff users. You'll be able to make a nice profit here once you reach Level 50 due to the high demand for this type of gear.

For those that choose properly and then market their crafts effectively, the prospect of the right profession can not only help them make Kinah, but save a great deal of it as well as they reach end-game content, where most crafts have the greatest impact.

Ultimately, make sure to choose a profession that will directly benefit your class as well as your play style. The end-game Kinah benefits are all going to come later but they are just as viable.

Blending Modes & Opacity Part 1

When you blend layers you are adjusting the way pixels on the different layers combine with each other and this will give us some cool, and remarkable, results. Blending modes are a fabulous way to create multiple-image artwork.

I start out a Photoshop file that has two layers. One layer is an image of an old building with a yellow wall and the other layer has a staircase on the outside of an apartment block. When you're trying this out yourself, just use any Photoshop image with two different layers, with something on each layer.

Please note that it's easier to work with layers if you give each layer a descriptive name. Don't just leave each layer with its default of Layer 1, Layer 2, Layer 3, etc.
When you're dealing with an image with 20 layers this will become very tiresome when you're trying to figure out what's on each layer.

Step 1 – Rename your Layer
Double-click the layer name in the Layers palette. A bounding box will appear around the words Layer 1. Type a new name and Press Return or Enter.

Note: You want to make sure you click directly on the layer name, otherwise you will open the Layer Style dialog box and you won't be able to rename the layer.

Step 2 – Select your Layer
Click on the eye icon on the newly-named Stairs layers. The image of stairs appears in the screen and the Yellow Wall is hidden.

Step 3 – Change Opacity
With the Stairs layer selected in the Layers palette, click on the arrow beside the opacity field and drag the slider to 40%. Notice that everything on this layer – the stairs and the wall they are attached to becomes less opaque (more see-through).

Step 4
Lowering the opacity of a layer makes the artwork on that layer more translucent, so that the layers beneath it show through.

Step 5
Drag the opacity slider back to 100% so that you can see the Stairs normally.

Step 6
On the layers palette, click on the down arrow beside the field that says " Normal". By default, layer appear with a blending mode of Normal.

Step 7
From the drop down menu that appears, choose Hard Mix.

You should notice that the image changes quite dramatically.

Take a few minutes to try out different blending modes and see how the image is affected.

If you're on the road and eating breakfast at service stations, avoid eating deep fried eggs and bacon. Stick to cereals and sandwiches. If you're going to have eggs, stick to boiled eggs or an omelette.

Take plenty of healthy snacks with you from home to ensure that you and your kids are guaranteed to get some nutrition. You never know what your food options are going to be when you travel, so at a bare minimum you can make sure you have a few healthy snacks in your bag. Take things like protein bars, whole wheat bread sandwiches, fruit and juices. Don't take high fat and salty snacks like crisps and chocolate bars. When food is offered to you during your journey, be it on a plane, a train or a ship, use you head to analyse the negative and positive aspects of the meals before tucking in. These should always be provided as standard. You can check what food will be served before you arrange your journey.

Chronic Sinus Infections

The pain that one experiences during a sinus attack is equivalent to the pain experienced while undergoing a surgery. Chronic sinus infections last for longer periods than acute ones. This means double the pain!

Chronic sinus infection refers to an inflammation of the sinuses, that are air-filled cavities in the bones near the nose, that continues for a long period of time and even re-occurs. It is also known as chronic sinusitis.

The root cause behind sinusitis is allergies or infections. An allergy or bacterial invasion leads to an inflammation of the nasal membrane. this causes a blockage in the membrane lining and traps the mucus inside. When this sinusitis recurrs for a longer time, it is known as chronic sinusitis. A nasal bone that is deviated from its original position can also lead to a sinus infection.

The symptoms of chronic sinus infections are same s those of acute ones. The sole difference is in the duration. While acute sinusitis lasts upto three weeks, chronic sinusitis may last upto three months or more. The symptoms include facial pain, headache, pain in the jaws, a thick discharge from the nose, accompanied by cough, cold and fever.

The treatment for chronic sinus infections includes the method of percussion to check tenderness in sinus ares; transillumination to check the presence of sinusitis; x-rays, CT scans and MRIs to check the extent of infection; and a method called aspiration to check the presence of bacteria.

The treatment for chronic sinusitis varies according to the cause of infection and the nature of sinusitis. Antibiotics may be prescribed where bacteria is the cause of infection. Decongestants, nasal sprays and pain killers may also be given.

Other than these, home remedies may be resorted to. These include drinking plenty of warm fluids, eating jalapeno peppers, inhaling steam, applying a paste of cinnamon with water or ginger with water on the forehead and placing a hot cloth on the forehead to ease the pain and swelling. If none of the above works, a surgery can be done to broaden the sinus openings to ease the decongestion in the sinuses.

Thus, chronic sinus infections, though curable, last for a long time with the strong possibility of recurrence. Hence, the best remedy is prevention against sinusitis!

By altering your diet so that it's rich in calcium, proteins, and amino acids, getting lots of sleep, exercising well, and maintaining good posture, you can not only significantly increase your height, but you will promote excellent bone health as well, thus preventing a decrease in height when you grow older.

If you are past the growth stage of your life, it's important to research how to grow tall. Be wary of scams that claim that doing certain stretching exercises will make you taller. This is simply not true—while stretching may help improve the condition of your muscles, they do absolutely nothing to stretch your bones. They are finished growing and no amount of exercise, herbal supplements, or hormone therapy can lengthen them.

However, there are still many methods that will make you appear taller. This includes wearing vertical stripes—not only do they make you seem taller, but they make you look thinner as well. And, of course, the type of shoes you wear also have an effect on your height.

Creating a Glass Ball tutorial Part II

Step 9 – Choose the duplicated gradient layer, giving it a slightly different gradient of greys and whites. Bring the duplicated gradient layer down, positioning it under both of the other layers. Move it to where it is seen from both sides as it is the rim of the orb.

Step 10 -Erase the parts of the orb that are not needed. Keep Ctrl/Cmd pressed and click on the layer thumbnails; first choose the big outer rim ellipse, having the gray gradient, and then Shift+Ctrl/Cmd+Click on the thumbnail of the upper top portion layer. The 2 ellipses will be selected, but we need to also select the bottom portion of the orb. Choosing the Rectangular marquee tool, hold down shift and drag over the bottom portion. Inverse the selection (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+I) and delete the middle part of the orb.

Step 11. Now to create the glass portion. Create a circle of the same size of the orb, any color you want. Place it behind the other layers.

Step 12 -As with the first outer orb, give this circle the same inner-glow effect, bringing it forward to cover all but the red outer sections of the orb.

Step 13) Go to the layer palette and make the fill amount =0 to make the layer invisible, but keeps the layer effects visible.

Step 14. As you had done with the red circle, ie, creating a white gradient reflection, create the same in a new layer above the glass layer, so as to create a more realistic lighting effect. Adjust the settings as required to make it as realistic looking as possible.

Step 15. Now select the base layers, ie the grey metal gradient layers and the white elipse, and merge them together. After this press Cntrl+U to adjust the hue of the layer. Since it's grey, click on colorize, and adjust to a redish colour in keeping with the colour of the orb itself.

Step 16) Lastly, make a very small drop shadow to the upper piece of the red orb, in order to create more realism. The lower portion may seem off, so create a new layer above the red lower orb portion. Select the radial gradient tool in the white to nothing option and drag from a point over the red to just a bit inward. Erase parts that are not enclosed within the red portion.

Now you have a glass ball. Any items can be displayed inside the ball now, but make sure they have a good reflection effect added on. This effect will provide the base a shiny and realistic look.

1. Peppermint Breath Drops or Peppermint Essential Oils – Many natural health food stores and anyone who carries essential oils would have these.  One drop is pretty strong and enough to freshen your breath.  Peppermint is also great for digestion.

2. Mouthwash or teeth brushing after meals – I know this isn't ideal but it is a good option if you have time.

3. Mints or candies that are sweetened with cane sugar instead of artificial sweeteners.  There are even small ginger candies that are not only great breath fresheners but also help after meals with digestion.

4. Gums or mints sweetened with xylitol – This sweetener is a great calorie free option and many popular brands use this ingredient. Careful as some people have trouble digesting xylitol and can lead to stomach discomfort.

5. A piece of regular chewing gum sweetened with sugar. The caloric content many be a little higher, but you are only having a small bit. This is not ideal if you are trying to lose weight and plan on using this option on a daily basis.

And the last possible option is a small piece of artificially sweetened gum every now and then.  The amount in one piece every once in a while is not enough to amount to any dangerous affects.
